Confidentiality Agreement

CartDarts® understands that you may be disclosing to us confidential information regarding the possible design and development of your product, marketing information and strategies.

We understand that this information has not been made available to the trade or the general public, and its continued confidentiality may be crucial to the commercial success of your product.

At CartDarts® it is customary for project descriptions and cost proposals to be submitted to clients as a complimentary service. However, creative proposals - those entailing solutions to a client's objectives are billable.

Submissions to our CartDarts® Request For Proposal does not create a - client relationship and is not a product development and design firm - client communication until you become our client.

We would appreciate your agreement to receive and keep the information we provide in the strictest confidence and not to disclose our information to any third party without our express written authorization.
